4. Coaching and Health-Related Information
The Rewired Self is a coaching and personal-development business and is not necessarily a healthcare provider or “covered entity” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”).
Therefore, information you provide may not receive the same legal protections as medical records held by a HIPAA-covered physician, hospital, therapist, or health plan.
This does not mean that we treat sensitive information casually. We limit its use and disclosure as described in this Privacy Policy and use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information.
Please do not submit extensive medical, mental-health, or trauma information through ordinary contact forms, email, social-media messages, or text messages unless requested through an appropriate intake process. These communication channels may not be designed for confidential clinical information.

12. Video Sessions and Recordings
We may provide sessions or programs through Zoom or another video-conferencing platform.
A session, workshop, group call, or event will not be recorded by us without notice and any permission required by applicable law or our agreement with you.
If a group session is recorded, we will explain whether participant audio, video, names, or chat messages may be captured and how the recording may be used.
You may not record another participant or a private session without prior permission from everyone whose consent is legally required.
13. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
Provide the requested Services;
Maintain business and transaction records;
