These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of therewiredself.com and any related webpages, portals, quizzes, assessments, programs, courses, digital materials, recordings, events, and services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Website”).
The Website is owned and operated by Krystal Rose LLC, doing business as The Rewired Self and/or TheRewiredSelf.App or Founder Rewire (“Company,” “The Rewired Self,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Website, creating an account, submitting information, purchasing a product or service, or using any Website content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Website or purchase our services.
The Website and our services are intended for adults unless we expressly agree in writing to work with a minor and obtain all legally required consent from the minor’s parent or legal guardian.
2. Scope of the Website
The Website may provide information and resources relating to topics such as:
- Personal development and identity work
- Coaching and self-reflection
- Neuro-Linguistic Programming (“NLP”)
- Hypnotherapy and hypnosis
- Rapid Transformational Therapy (“RTT”)
- Nervous-system awareness and regulation practices
- Somatic, visualization, breathwork, and mindfulness practices
- Subconscious beliefs and behavioral patterns
- Business, career, relationship, and personal-growth coaching
- Retreats, workshops, events, courses, memberships, quizzes, and assessments
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of the Website at any time. We do not guarantee that all Website content or services will always be available.
3. Educational and Coaching Purposes
The Website and its general content are provided for educational, informational, and personal-development purposes only.
Accessing the Website, completing a quiz, downloading a resource, contacting us, or purchasing general digital content does not by itself create a coach-client, hypnotherapist-client, healthcare-provider, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.
A formal client relationship is created only when we expressly agree to provide services and both parties complete any required enrollment documents, informed-consent forms, service agreements, and payment arrangements.
If a separate signed agreement applies to a particular program or service, that agreement will control if it conflicts with these general Website Terms.
4. Not Medical or Mental-Health Treatment
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, The Rewired Self does not provide medical care, psychiatric care, psychotherapy, psychological diagnosis, or licensed mental-health treatment.
Coaching, NLP, hypnosis, hypnotherapy, RTT, somatic practices, breathwork, educational materials, and related services are not substitutes for:
- Medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment
- Psychiatric or psychological care
- Psychotherapy or counseling
- Medication or medication-management advice
- Emergency or crisis services
- Treatment for a diagnosed medical or mental-health condition
You should consult an appropriately licensed physician or mental-health professional regarding any medical symptoms, diagnosis, medication, mental-health concern, or treatment decision.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking care because of something you read, heard, or experienced through the Website or our services. Do not begin, discontinue, or change medication or medical treatment based on our content or services.
5. No Crisis or Emergency Services
The Website, email, messaging channels, courses, coaching services, and digital tools are not monitored as emergency or crisis services.
If you believe you may harm yourself or another person, are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, or cannot keep yourself safe, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis professional immediately.
Do not rely on The Rewired Self for urgent intervention.
6. Hypnosis, RTT, NLP, Breathwork, and Somatic Practices
Hypnosis, RTT, NLP, breathwork, visualization, and somatic exercises may create emotional, physical, or psychological responses. Experiences and outcomes vary from person to person.
You are responsible for deciding whether participation is appropriate for you. Before participating, you agree to disclose relevant medical or mental-health conditions to us when requested and to consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have concerns about your ability to participate safely.
Certain practices may not be appropriate for everyone, including individuals experiencing or having a history of certain psychiatric, neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory, seizure-related, dissociative, or other health conditions.
Receiving clearance from a qualified healthcare professional may be required before participation.
You must not listen to hypnosis, meditation, visualization, breathwork, or relaxation recordings while:
- Driving or operating a vehicle
- Operating machinery
- Performing tasks that require alertness
- In water or in any location where reduced awareness could create a safety risk
- Under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed substances
- Use recordings only while in a safe, comfortable environment where you can remain uninterrupted.
7. Personal Responsibility and Voluntary Participation
Your participation in the Website, programs, exercises, and services is voluntary.
You understand and agree that:
- You remain responsible for your choices, actions, wellbeing, business decisions, relationships, finances, and results.
- You may pause or decline an exercise if you feel uncomfortable or believe it is not appropriate for you.
- You are responsible for communicating your needs, concerns, limitations, and relevant health information.
- Coaching requires active participation and does not transfer responsibility for your decisions to The Rewired Self.
- You are responsible for obtaining any medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional assistance you require.
8. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, relational, health, career, business, or financial outcome.
Results depend on numerous factors, including your circumstances, readiness, participation, consistency, decisions, environment, and factors outside our control.
References to transformation, release, regulation, rewiring, healing, growth, confidence, income, business expansion, or other potential outcomes describe intentions, possibilities, or individual experiences—not promises or guarantees.
Nothing on the Website should be interpreted as a guarantee that you will eliminate a symptom, resolve a condition, achieve a particular income, improve a relationship, or obtain a specific result.
9. Testimonials and Client Experiences
Testimonials, reviews, case examples, and client stories reflect the experiences of particular individuals. They do not guarantee that you will receive the same or similar results.
Individual experiences vary. Testimonials may be edited for grammar, clarity, length, confidentiality, or formatting without changing their intended meaning.
Where someone received a complimentary service, discount, affiliate payment, or another material benefit connected to a testimonial or endorsement, we will disclose that relationship when required.
10. Quizzes, Assessments, and Personalized Insights
The Website may include quizzes, assessments, archetypes, scores, recommendations, or personalized educational insights.
These resources are intended for reflection and education. They are not scientifically validated diagnostic instruments unless expressly identified as such, and they do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or clinical diagnoses.
A quiz result should not be used to diagnose a condition, make a medical decision, discontinue treatment, or replace an individualized evaluation from a qualified professional.
11. Purchases and Payment
Prices, payment schedules, program inclusions, and purchase terms will be displayed at checkout or provided in a separate written agreement.
By submitting payment information, you:
Represent that you are authorized to use the payment method;
Authorize us and our payment processors to charge the amounts disclosed to you;
Agree to provide current and accurate billing information; and
Agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are listed in United States dollars.
Payment-plan approval does not change the total amount owed. A payment plan is an accommodation allowing the purchase price to be paid over time, not a pay-as-you-go arrangement that can automatically be ended by discontinuing participation.
Failure to attend, access, use, or complete a purchased service or program does not automatically cancel your payment obligations.
We may suspend access to services or materials when a payment is overdue, declined, disputed, or reversed, subject to applicable law and any controlling written agreement.
12. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Refund, cancellation, rescheduling, expiration, and transfer terms may vary depending on the service or product.
The policy presented at checkout, on the applicable sales page, in your confirmation, or in your signed service agreement is incorporated into these Terms and controls your purchase.
Unless a different policy is expressly provided in writing:
- Completed or partially completed services are nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law.
- Downloadable materials and immediately accessible digital products are nonrefundable after access or delivery, except where required by law.
- Failure to use, attend, download, or complete a purchase does not create a right to a refund.
- Appointments must be changed or canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Appointments missed or canceled after the applicable deadline may be forfeited or charged in full.
- Programs, credits, and sessions must be used within the period stated in the applicable offer or agreement.
- Purchases may not be transferred to another person without our written approval.
- Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.
13. Recurring Payments and Subscriptions
If you purchase a membership, subscription, or continuous service, the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, minimum commitment, and cancellation method will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
By affirmatively enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until the subscription is canceled or otherwise ends under the terms disclosed at purchase.
You may cancel through the cancellation method provided at checkout or in your purchase confirmation.
If enrollment occurs online, an online cancellation method will be made available as required by applicable law.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for amounts already charged, except where required by law or expressly stated in the applicable offer.
14. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes:
- Must be used within the stated promotional period;
- Cannot be combined unless expressly permitted;
- Have no cash value;
- Cannot be applied retroactively; and
- May be modified or discontinued before purchase, subject to applicable law.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all Website content is owned by or licensed to The Rewired Self and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Protected content may include:
- The Rewired Self Method™ and related frameworks
- The Anxiety Rewire™ and related frameworks
- The Founder Rewire™ and related frameworks
- The Identity Rewire™ and related frameworks
- Course lessons and program structures
- Videos, hypnosis recordings, meditations, and audio materials
- Worksheets, workbooks, assessments, quizzes, and exercises
- Graphics, photographs, branding, website designs, and logos
- Written content, scripts, presentations, training materials, and downloads
- Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the applicable materials for your own personal or internal business development.
You may not, without prior written permission:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, or distribute our materials;
- Share account credentials, recordings, downloads, or program materials;
- Sell, license, sublicense, or commercially exploit our content;
- Record live sessions, group calls, workshops, or events;
- Create derivative courses, programs, assessments, trainings, or AI tools from our materials;
- Use our content to train, fine-tune, prompt, populate, or develop an artificial-intelligence system;
- Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices; or
- Present our methods or materials as your own.
No ownership rights are transferred to you through your use or purchase.
16. User Submissions
If you submit a testimonial, comment, review, image, audio, video, question, or other content for public use, you represent that you own or have permission to share it.
We will not publicly use identifiable client stories, session information, images, recordings, or testimonials without the authorization required by our agreement with you and applicable law.
When you voluntarily authorize content for marketing or publication, you grant us the rights described in that authorization. You may contact us regarding withdrawal of future use, but withdrawal may not apply retroactively to materials already lawfully published, distributed, or produced.
17. Community and Group Conduct
If you participate in a group program, community, retreat, workshop, or online forum, you agree to:
- Treat participants and facilitators respectfully;
- Protect the privacy of other participants;
- Not record, screenshot, copy, or disclose another participant’s story or identifying information;
- Avoid harassment, discrimination, threats, solicitation, spam, and disruptive conduct;
- Not offer unqualified medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice to other participants; and
- Follow reasonable safety and participation instructions.
Although participants are instructed to respect confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality. Use discretion when sharing personal information in a group setting.
We may remove a participant whose conduct is unsafe, abusive, unlawful, disruptive, or substantially inconsistent with these Terms. Any refund will be determined under the applicable written agreement and law.
18. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity conducted through your account.
You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not allow another person to use your account or attempt to access another user’s account.
19. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Website to:
- Violate a law or another person’s rights;
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or harmful conduct;
- Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
- Scrape, harvest, extract, or systematically collect Website data;
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- Interfere with the Website’s security or operation;
- Use our content to compete with us or create substantially similar commercial materials; or
- Use the Website for unlawful, exploitative, or unauthorized commercial purposes.
20. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may link to or integrate with third-party platforms, payment processors, scheduling systems, video services, social networks, or other websites.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, availability, security, content, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
A link or reference does not necessarily mean that we endorse every statement, service, or product offered by that third party.
21. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, available at about.therewiredself.com/privacy-policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal or sensitive information. Do not submit confidential medical or mental-health information through general Website forms unless the form specifically requests it and is designated for that purpose.
22. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not warrant that:
- The Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
- Every error or technical issue will be corrected;
- The content will meet your individual needs;
- Any particular result will be achieved; or
- The Website will be free from harmful components introduced by third parties.
- We do not exclude warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Rewired Self and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, facilitators, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or connected to your use of the Website, content, products, or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to the Website or a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service directly giving rise to that claim during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Rewired Self and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Website;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your infringement of another person’s rights; or
- Content you submit or publish through the Website.
This provision does not require you to indemnify a party for conduct for which indemnification is prohibited by law.
25. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless the parties agree to another lawful resolution process in writing, any legal proceeding arising from these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Orange County, California, subject to any consumer rights that legally permit a different venue.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our Website, services, or legal obligations change.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law. Your continued use of the Website after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
27. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the Website when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, misused our intellectual property, threatened another person’s safety, failed to make required payments, or engaged in unlawful or materially disruptive conduct.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, payment, warranty, liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions—will remain in effect.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.
29. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
30. Entire Agreement
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, the applicable checkout disclosures, and any signed service agreement constitute the agreement governing your use or purchase.
A separate service agreement controls regarding individualized coaching, hypnotherapy, RTT, retreats, or other professional services when its terms conflict with these general Website Terms.

California now requires clear affirmative consent and accessible cancellation for online recurring services, so the checkout process must also implement these protections; putting them only in the Terms is insufficient. California Business and Professions Code §17602
I also intentionally used conservative language around health outcomes and testimonials. The FTC requires health-related marketing—including webpages, social media, testimonials, and implied claims—to be truthful and appropriately substantiated; a general disclaimer cannot correct an otherwise misleading claim.
